Place your order through the contact section of the site.
Designate the model you are interested in or submit a question about it.
We will respond promptly to confirm the availability of the model, the estimated construction time and price.
Payment method
Once you accept the offer and place your final order, an advance payment will be needed on your part and the model construction will start immediately. If you place an order for a customized model, then a full payment in advance will be required.
Payment shall be made via PayPal or bank transfer. If you opt for the latter, the bank account details will be communicated to you upon placement of your order.
Delivery – Shipment – Shipping costs
The time to complete construction of a scale model may vary from a few days to a period exceeding 1 month depending on the complexity of the model. Orders shall be processed according to the priority rule (i.e. on a first-come first-served basis).
We cooperate with the DHL carrier for deliveries to Greece, countries of the European Union and the U.S.A. If you are domiciled in another geographical region, please send us an inquiry to find out if we can ship to your location.
Delivery within the city of Athens shall be made on the next working day after completion of a model.
Shipping costs to which your order is subject will be determined by the size and weight of the final package.
Orders shipped within the city of Athens are free of charge. For any other geographical area within or outside Greece, shipping costs shall apply and shall be borne by the customer. Please note that for an order shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply (that the customer – recipient is required to pay directly).
We shall not be held liable or responsible for delays in delivery resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (i.e. force majeure incidents), including but not limited to strikes, labour disturbances, acts of God, severe weather conditions and errors or delays by the shipping company.
Packaging
Packaging is different for each model, and we take extra precaution to ensure that a parcel reaches its destination in a safe and intact manner. If upon receipt of your parcel you discover that your item has suffered damage due to its transportation, please contact us within three (3) days. If you wish to send it back for repair, you will be charged for shipping only but not for the repair work to be performed if a simple fix is only required.
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) and are indicative of the basic model construction (assembly, puttying, burnishing, priming, basic painting, basic weathering, basic marks), and include the applicable VAT, but exclude additional options (e.g. alternative paintings, marks, bases, extra builds), delivery costs and any other taxes.
The price of a customized model may differ from the indicative price of a basic construction model depending on its complexity.
Please note that changes to applicable law concerning VAT may take place between the date your order is placed and the date your parcel is shipped. We will contact you and ask that you reconfirm your purchase in the event that any such change results in an increase in the VAT you will be charged with.
